About the Role
As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the CHANEL experience, embodying warmth, authenticity, and a genuine passion for fashion. Your mission is to exceed client expectations and foster deep, lasting relationships, creating a loyal clientele while ensuring every interaction reflects CHANEL’s spirit of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke and tailored client service, aligning with CHANEL's Client Service Values.
- Consistently exceed client expectations through a refined, personalized approach.
- Optimize the client journey by understanding individual preferences, offering styling advice, and ensuring seamless after-sales service.
- Master product knowledge, providing expert guidance to clients and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass personal and boutique sales goals.
- Stay attuned to the latest trends, product offerings, and boutique updates.
- Support daily boutique operations, including back-of-house functions and alterations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to uphold merchandising standards.
- Provide timely and efficient follow-up with clients, maintaining accuracy in data capture.
- Uphold the prestige of the CHANEL brand by maintaining impeccable personal presentation and exhibiting refined etiquette.
Requirements
- Proven background in a luxury retail or high-end customer service environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering outstanding service.
- Natural ability to build strong, personalized relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished, sophisticated image.
