About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Strategy Manager IVP to join the International Vehicle Payments (IVP) division. This role involves shaping strategic priorities, assessing market and product opportunities, building business cases, and supporting high-impact initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to senior executives and the opportunity to work on critical strategic questions for Corpay's international businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy projects, structuring problems, conducting analysis and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with senior leaders to support growth strategy, strategic planning and key commercial initiatives across IVP.
  • Assess market, product, partnership and M&A opportunities, including sizing opportunities, building business cases and supporting the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop insights on market trends and competitors, and translate these into clear strategic implications for Corpay.
  • Create concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership, including executive and Board-level presentations.
  • Build trusted relationships across a multi-country, multi-business environment and help drive alignment across functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, likely with 3-6 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and business case development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to manage varied projects simultaneously and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership, intellectual curiosity and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in payments, financial services or fintech is advantageous but not essential.
