About the Role
Develop and implement strategic influencer campaigns, connecting brands with socially relevant topics to create purpose-driven work. Ogilvy's vision is to inspire brands and people to impact the world, and this role contributes to that mission within Ogilvy Public Relations.
Responsibilities
- Operate influencer campaigns from conception to execution, including monitoring and project controlling.
- Research, prepare, present, and approach relevant influencers for campaigns.
- Control budgets for influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric campaigns.
- Develop and manage the influencer database.
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction, and maintain the quality of agency services.
- Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrate talent and willingness to transition into the role with clear examples, or possess 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of the German creator scene.
- Proven experience in conception, campaign planning and execution, influencer relations, events, social media, and project management.
- Extensive knowledge and contacts in influencer relations.
- High affinity for current trends.
- Team player with strong customer orientation and a commitment to quality.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Experience with influencer research and analysis tools.
