About the Role
Join Ruby Stella as a key member of the team, contributing to a unique hospitality experience. This role is integral to maintaining the hotel's personality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Take care of cleaning the public areas and, when needed, the hotel rooms.
- Handle additional special cleaning tasks in consultation with the Housekeeping Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensure and maintain the established housekeeping quality standards.
- Work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel technicians to fulfil the needs of our guests.
- Be the go-to person for our guests on the floor and always know what to do.
- Take responsibility for lost and found items.
Requirements
- Gained experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Loving cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for the little details.
- Bringing a positive attitude and always have a smile on your face.
- Enjoying working with international guests and know how to handle their various requests.
- Speaking fluent English.
