About the Role

The Investment business aims to create sustainable competitive advantage for clients in their investment portfolios by providing expert advice, delegated investment services, and investment tools. Our mission is to create better and more sustainable outcomes for plan beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build portfolios of the best investment ideas for clients.
  • Follow manager research processes to form views on investment strategies across asset classes.
  • Leverage insights, combine them with top-down and asset class research, and use analytics to construct portfolios.
  • Support client teams in managing client relationships and offering investment advice.
  • Complete client projects including investment strategy, liability hedging, portfolio construction, and investment manager searches.
  • Develop a broad range of technical and soft skills through training and project work.
  • Contribute to developing intellectual capital and other business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have completed the Summer 2026 Investment Internship at WTW.
  • Progress towards a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Desire and commitment to complete CFA level 1 professional qualification.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Clear communicator verbally and in writing.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to learn with a general interest in financial markets.
  • Problem-solving skills, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
  • Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2026 through June 2027.
