About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to improve performance and engagement.
- Assign work and manage staffing to meet production schedules and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor product quality and escalate non-compliance issues to management promptly.
- Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, overtime, and safety documentation.
- Conduct basic accident investigations and support corrective action implementation.
- Enforce company policies and maintain a positive, accountable work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound operational decisions.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
