About the Role

The Emerging Talent & Talent Development Advisor coordinates and manages the post-join experience for graduates, apprentices, interns, and other early-career colleagues. The role focuses on operational delivery and continuous improvement of Emerging Talent activities, including induction, rotations, professional qualifications, and programme management. It also contributes to wider Talent & Development priorities such as business skills and capability-building, ensuring a high-quality experience aligned with Colliers’ People & Culture strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual operational cycle for graduates, apprentices, interns, and other early-career colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver the annual Emerging Talent induction, including agendas, speakers, invitations, materials, and logistics.
  • Manage scheduled graduate rotation cycles, consulting on preferences and needs, assessing business capacity, and coordinating decisions.
  • Maintain the pipeline of colleagues approaching qualification, coordinate seat approvals, and support referred candidates.
  • Coordinate RICS enrolment, candidate subscriptions, APC counsellor allocation, structured training, CPD, and submission milestones.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship enrolment with training providers, maintain records, monitor off-the-job learning, and administer changes.
  • Manage the post-selection internship and placement experience, including onboarding, induction, and transition support.
  • Act as a key point of contact for participants and managers, providing guidance on programme expectations and development milestones.
  • Coordinate cohort engagement activity, including the Emerging Talent Challenge, mixers, social events, and outreach commitments.
  • Prepare accurate annual scheme salary-review and bonus data for graduates and apprentices.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate learning for Emerging Talent and wider colleague groups.
  • Create practical resources and communications for Talent & Development initiatives.
  • Contribute to professional skills, leadership, mentoring, and digital capability development.
  • Actively contribute to the Early Careers strategy and its ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in learning, development, talent development, employee experience, and organizational culture.
  • Confidence facilitating or co-facilitating learning sessions.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of colleague development needs and business skills capability.
  • Analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • Good digital confidence, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and shared document libraries.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling employee or programme information.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
