About the Role
Support the day-to-day operations of the hospital by providing exceptional client service, supporting teammates, organizing workflow, educating staff, and improving hospital processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support for the team.
- Help keep front-desk operations organized and running smoothly.
- Assist with administrative projects, hospital paperwork, and other organizational needs.
- Coordinate and organize ultrasound scheduling, communication, and record keeping.
- Support doctors and hospital management with various administrative needs.
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the veterinary assistant team when needed.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to create more efficient processes.
- Work collaboratively with the hospital leadership team to support overall hospital operations.
- Help foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented hospital environment.
Requirements
- Prior management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Comfortable providing guidance and support to team members.
