About the Role
As our Head of AI Operations, you will own Ben's internal applied AI transformation, reinventing how the entire company operates function by function. You will work directly with the founders, with the backing, budget, and authority to make this transformation a reality. This role offers a unique opportunity to rebuild slow, manual processes across all departments, making them run seamlessly and autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild the company operating system by partnering with customer operations, finance, people, and commercial teams to redesign and streamline slow, manual processes.
- Reinvent how work happens by designing and implementing end-to-end systems for entire workflows.
- Own the Applied AI strategy by shaping the company's direction, identifying changes, prioritizing them, and establishing metrics for success.
- Drive adoption and engagement by helping every function become AI-native and raising the standard for daily team work.
- Set the standard and prove effectiveness by owning standards, guardrails, and quality for AI adoption, and implementing evaluations to ensure systems are trusted and functional.
Requirements
- High-growth B2B SaaS experience with a proven track record of driving change in scaling SaaS businesses.
- Strong systems thinking ability, with experience owning complex, cross-functional problems.
- Deep, practical AI fluency, including daily use of AI tools and a clear understanding of their value.
- Executive-level influence in a scaling company, with the ability to lead discussions from individual contributors to the C-suite.
- A bias for hands-on work, including redesigning functions and proactively driving change with teams.
- Ability to act as a force multiplier by creating repeatable systems and developing others.
