About the Role
This contracted position involves creating and designing albums for customers using the Artifact Uprising editor, a third-party proofing system, and Adobe tools. The role offers additional revenue to the company and provides white-glove service to customers, easing their pain points.
Responsibilities
- Design albums for Design Service customers in the Artifact Uprising editor
- Curate customer images
- Communicate with Account Manager, Program Manager, and customers in a timely manner
- Communicate any bugs or improvements needed in proper Slack channels
- Phone calls with Design Service customers upon request
- Daily direct email correspondence with Design Service customers
- Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and delivery drafts on time
Requirements
- Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- A strong eye for composition such as framing and balancing the design
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Adobe tools is helpful
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others directly, efficiently, and empathetically both verbally and written
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to do so in past work
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
