About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store. You will lead from the front, create an exceptional customer experience and build a high-performing, engaged team that is proud to represent ARNE. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and wants to play a key role in the opening and success of a brand-new ARNE store.
Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of daily store operations, including team scheduling, stock, visual standards and customer service
- Driving sales and store KPIs through strong commercial awareness, effective merchandising and team leadership
- Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Creating an energised, customer-first culture on the shop floor
- Maintaining exceptional standards across visual merchandising, stock management, cleanliness and compliance
- Reviewing sales performance and customer feedback, then turning insight into clear actions
- Taking ownership, solving problems quickly and ensuring the store is always ready to trade
Requirements
- Proven Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- A strong record of driving sales, KPIs and customer experience
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales data to improve performance
- High standards around visual merchandising, operations and brand presentation
- Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings and key trading periods

Salary/Compensations
- £48,000-£55,000 per annum
