About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of ARNE, creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation. You will welcome and engage customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, and work collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging customers throughout their journey in store
- Building rapport, sharing product knowledge and making relevant recommendations
- Supporting customers with enquiries, after-sales questions and returns
- Staying up to date with product launches, campaigns and key trends
- Driving sales through authentic, confident and customer-first conversations
- Processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
- Supporting visual standards, replenishment and general store presentation
- Working as one team to deliver a brilliant experience, even at the busiest times
Requirements
- Previous retail, hospitality, sales or customer-service experience
- Confidence using a till or point-of-sale system
- A genuine interest in fashion, product and customer experience
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
