About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of ARNE, creating an exceptional customer experience by helping them discover the brand, find the right product, and encouraging repeat visits. You will bring energy to the shop floor, possess in-depth product knowledge, and collaborate with your team to maintain store presentation and performance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers throughout their in-store journey.
- Build rapport, share product knowledge, and make relevant recommendations.
- Assist customers with inquiries, after-sales questions, and returns.
- Stay informed about product launches, campaigns, and key trends.
- Drive sales through authentic, confident, and customer-focused conversations.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Support visual merchandising standards, replenishment, and general store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent experience during busy periods.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to connect with people and make customers feel welcome.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
- Proficiency in using a till or point-of-sale system.
- A genuine interest in fashion, products, and customer experience.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
