  • Recommend pricing and packaging strategies to boost acquisition, product usage, and revenue.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and insights by staying ahead of AI adoption, buyer trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Product to translate complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives connecting features to platform value.
  • Analyze customer, product, and sales data to uncover patterns, define segments, size opportunities, and recommend go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to influence strategy.
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to test and scale messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and GTM strategies.
  • Enable Sales and Support with messaging, training, and tools to communicate customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence by analyzing competitor offerings.
  • Represent CallRail as an external thought leader through speaking engagements, written content, and industry conversations.
  • Leverage AI platforms to streamline operations, solve complex problems, and stay ahead of industry benchmarks.

Requirements

  • BBS/BA and 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing or product marketing, preferably in MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Deep, proven expertise in market research, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track record of leading product & feature launches and GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue and adoption.
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to simplify complexity and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
  • Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Looker experience is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to challenge assumptions, align teams, and shape decisions.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment, with the ability to independently balance competing priorities and focus on high-impact work.
