About the Role

We are evolving the AirHelp mobile app into a proactive, intelligent travel assistant that anticipates disruptions and guides users in real time. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own B2B product, the company's fastest-growing and highest-revenue channel, encompassing product and marketing design, partner onboarding, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own B2B design end-to-end: partner-facing product experiences, end-user notification and communication journeys, claims and payout flows, and the marketing website.
  • Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit: sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets, and demo visuals that speak directly to partner audiences.
  • Carry a strong understanding of B2B buyer contexts across every deliverable.
  • Contribute design thinking and user pain point insights during early-stage product and go-to-market planning.
  • Run partner interviews, usability testing, and business case validation.
  • Test and iterate on partner-facing and end-user flows based on real usage.
  • Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners.
  • Feed learnings and success stories from each launch into the next, building a repeatable design process.

Requirements

  • Strong product designer with B2B experience and a good sense of business marketing.
  • Understand B2B buyer psychology and translate those insights into product and partner experiences that drive conversion.
  • Bring research rigor: partner interviews, usability testing, and assumption validation are part of your default process.
  • Think in systems, designing for continuity across partner-facing products, end-user journeys, and sales collateral.
  • Operate well within a structured go-to-market process without losing momentum.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to build trust with commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; take ownership and create clarity.
  • Work fast and pragmatically, using tools like AI to explore ideas and accelerate workflow.
  • Exceptional communicator: align teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate product thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, including distributed or external teams.
  • High bar for quality with strong judgment; know when to refine and when to ship.
  • Fluent in business English.
