About the Role

This is a three-year apprenticeship program for a Data and Process Analysis IT Specialist, starting August 15, 2027, in Berlin. The program focuses on driving digitalization within the company by developing competencies in IT with an emphasis on data and process analysis. It offers a first-class training experience to leverage individual strengths and potentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection in Business Intelligence and derive data-based business decisions.
• Design, manage, and operate digital sales and communication channels, CRM systems, frontends, and databases.
• Analyze and optimize efficient sales processes, some of which are AI-supported.
• Coordinate projects at the interface between IT and sales.
• Actively shape the digital transformation of our energy sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with good average grades.
• High affinity for IT.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High degree of independence and motivation.
• Good cognitive abilities.
• Very good German language skills.
