Responsibilities
- Prepare pasta, pizza, pinsa, and salads according to guest preferences, sometimes in front of them.
- Produce sauces, pesto, pasta, and desserts in the Manifattura and preparation kitchen.
- Ensure adequate stock of ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with the team and contribute to a positive restaurant atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness at your station.
- Adhere to hygiene standards.
Requirements

- No prior "Gastro-experience" required; training will be provided.
