About the Role
This role involves planning and controlling the production process for an assembly and manufacturing area, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence while considering capacities, delivery dates, and material availability. You will identify optimization potential in time, quality, and costs throughout the value creation process and continuously analyze and optimize existing planning structures and work processes within production planning and control (PPS). You will also drive changes and improvements with specialist departments, considering LEAN standards, and actively participate in cross-departmental optimization projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control the quality, cost, and schedule adherence of the production process for an assembly and manufacturing area, considering capacities, delivery dates, and material availability.
- Identify optimization potential in time, quality, and costs along the entire value creation process.
- Continuously analyze the existing planning structure and optimize work processes within production planning and control (PPS).
- Drive changes and improvements with specialist departments, considering LEAN standards.
- Actively participate in cross-departmental optimization projects.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical degree and initial professional experience in production planning and control, improvement management, work preparation, or a comparable qualification.
- Enjoy working with colleagues from different specialist departments.
- Analytical and systematic approach to work.
