About the Role
Join us as a Product Manager for Due Diligence and help build one of Europe's most sophisticated compliance engines. You will own how Qonto verifies its customers from sign-up to periodic review, under the guidance of the Director of Product for Customer Lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own entry-into-relationship checks, shaping identity, fraud, and sanctions rules.
- Design AI-driven agentic compliance workflows for automated end-to-end checks.
- Simplify periodic reviews for high-risk customers.
- Modernize the onboarding stack by migrating users to a new workflow platform.
- Partner daily with the operations team to shape their daily work.
Requirements
- Shipped products in KYC, AML, fraud, or another regulated domain.
- Ability to translate dense regulatory logic into clear, buildable workflows.
- Experience partnering closely with operations teams and designing for end-users.
- Experience using AI to build faster and designing agentic workflows.
- Fluent in English.
