About the Role
Own AI automation end-to-end, working across departments to identify and build automations that reduce manual work. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining agents and integrations with existing business systems, managing the internal AI tooling stack, and enabling teams to adopt AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Embed with departments to identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on potential time savings, error reduction, and revenue impact.
- Build and deploy internal agents and automations, integrating systems such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Maxio, and the DIGIDECK platform API.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain agents and workflows, including writing Claude Skills and MCP integrations.
- Own the internal AI tooling stack, managing deployed tools, costs, performance, access, model selection, spend, and the lifecycle of built solutions.
- Enable teams through enablement sessions, documentation, and coaching on prompt engineering and light automation.
- Measure and report on the impact of automations, including hours recovered, adoption rates, cost per workflow, and retired processes.
- Establish practical standards for AI usage with customer and company data, covering data handling, human review, credentials, and logging.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in software engineering, automation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical operations with a proven track record of shipping user-adopted solutions.
- Experience with the Anthropic API, Claude Code, Claude Skills, or MCP servers.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, tool use and function calling, structured outputs, retrieval, and output quality evaluation.
- Fluency in administering or integrating with business SaaS systems, particularly Salesforce and other Go-To-Market and operations tools.
- Consulting skills to understand departmental workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Sound judgment regarding security, permissions, and customer data handling.
