About the Role

We have a fantastic position for a Kitchen Assistant (Crew Member) at Moxy London Excel, the role is on a casual contract.

Responsibilities

Assist with tasks related to meal preparation, cooking, and preparing dishes in the Moxy way.
Help with deliveries, restocking, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Prepare and cook guest food orders the Moxy way.
Perform basic food preparation including breakfast preparation for the following day.
Clean and sterilize countertops, kitchen walls, ovens, and sinks.
Clean the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day.
Maintain food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
Receive deliveries and organize them in the kitchen.
Clear and wipe tables in the lobby and bring dishes to the dishwasher.
Wash dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or load dishes into the dishwasher.
Remove kitchen waste from waste containers and dispose of them properly.
Clean and maintain cooking equipment.
Provide assistance to the team as needed.

Requirements
