Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components in residential homes.
- Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance.
- Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes.
- Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work.
- Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials.
- Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices.
- Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role.
- Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus.
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and code requirements.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus.
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Skilled at accurate installations, diagnostics, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable laws.
