About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator provides high-touch, discreet support throughout the recruitment process, expertly coordinating complex schedules and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, including seamless interactions with senior-level and executive talent. Beyond day-to-day recruiting coordination, the Coordinator supports reporting, career fairs, recruiting events, and broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives. With strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail, the Coordinator manages competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and sensitive information while consistently delivering high-quality results. The Recruiting Coordinator should bring exceptional communication, coordination, and customer service to a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of interview scheduling working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule phone screens and interviews
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Advertise jobs on appropriate job boards, LinkedIn, and other specialized sites
  • Update, track and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and in the cloud to ensure accurate records
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in events and career fairs
  • Support Talent Acquisition and HR projects, programs, and initiatives as needed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player, with an ability to successfully build cross-functional relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient in internet research

Salary/Compensations

  • $25.64-$35.54 per hour
