About the Role
As a Change Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt new technologies, services, and ways of working. You will support the delivery of business change activities across digital and transformation programs within Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management (ACM) practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver change management activities across technology and transformation projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Develop and implement engagement, communication, training, and readiness plans.
- Integrate change activities into project plans with project managers and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build understanding and support adoption.
- Identify and manage people-related risks, including resistance, skills gaps, and change fatigue.
- Monitor adoption and readiness, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Produce regular progress updates and support governance, assurance, and project reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Computacenter's Adoption & Change Management practice.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business change or adoption activities within technology, digital, or organizational change programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience creating and executing change plans, impact assessments, and engagement activities.
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical change into business impact.
- Experience working within complex or regulated environments.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or Project Management qualifications.
- Experience supporting communications, training, or adoption measurement activities.
- Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation programs.
- Confidence working in fast-paced environments with a delivery-focused approach.
- Strong commercial or pre-sales experience is preferred.
