About the Role
Macromedia University is seeking freelance instructors for Management courses at its Berlin campus. The role involves teaching in-person and/or online, with teaching materials available upon request.
Responsibilities
- Teach Business Planning, covering organizational and legal structures, investment, financing, market research, sales planning, business models, and key performance indicators.
- Instruct International Management, focusing on international company management, CSR, ethics, sustainability, intercultural communication, political risk, international HR, marketing, finance, procurement, production, motivation, and leadership.
- Conduct courses on KPI-based steering, including the meaning of KPIs, management, accounting principles, financial statement requirements, international differences in KPI analysis, sustainability KPIs, company report analysis, performance evaluation, and business scenario simulations.
Requirements
- Theoretical and practical experience in the specified knowledge areas.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and fostering the professional and personal development of young individuals.
- Ability to convince the hiring team of suitability even if not all criteria are met.
