About the Role

This role is designed for legally qualified professionals with a strong interest in AI, legal innovation, and client engagement, who want to operate at the intersection of law, technology, and commercial impact. You will work closely with leading law firms and legal teams across our region (Europe and possibly Africa) to help them adopt, integrate, and optimise AI-powered legal workflows, particularly leveraging Lexis+ with Protégé, and Protégé Workflows. In addition to your advisory and enablement role, you will play a key part in the commercial lifecycle, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams during the sales cycle to articulate the value of AI-driven legal workflows.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, use cases, and client-specific scenarios.
Drive adoption and integration of AI-powered solutions (Lexis+ with Protégé, Protégé Workflows) into legal workflows (research, drafting, review, knowledge management).
Advise clients on how to transform legal practice using AI, improving efficiency, quality, and risk management.
Position yourself as a strategic partner on legal innovation initiatives.
Analyze client processes and design optimized, AI-enabled workflows.
Configure Protégé Workflows aligned with firm-specific needs and standards.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
Share best practices to accelerate adoption across clients, taking into account time pressures and varied working styles.
Monitor client usage and work with customers to encourage effective and expanded use of our workflows.
Communicate the value achieved by clients, including efficiency, quality, and risk-related outcomes.
Work with customers to understand existing processes and design improved workflows.
Work closely with Account Managers to drive adoption, engagement, and expansion within existing clients.
Contribute to renewal strategies through strong value demonstration and stakeholder engagement.
Design and deliver accessible onboarding and training tailored to different user groups and practice areas.
Support RFPs, pitches, and workshops by translating legal needs into tailored AI solutions.
Contribute to solution design aligned with client objectives and business outcomes.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client usage, needs, and maturity.
Support account planning with insights on client value, risks, and growth potential.
Lead interactive training sessions that demonstrate AI-enabled workflows across research, drafting, review, and knowledge management.
Create clear, practical training materials, including guides and short videos.
Represent customer perspectives internally, translating feedback into clear, practical insights.
Partner with product and development teams to inform future improvements.
Support testing of new features, focusing on usability, accuracy, and real-world application.
Measure and communicate ROI and value delivered (efficiency gains, quality improvements, risk reduction).

Requirements

Law degree (LLM / Master’s or equivalent); qualification as a lawyer/solicitor preferred.
Experience in a top-tier or international law firm (or in-house legal team).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and law firm operations.
Demonstrated interest or experience in legal tech, AI, or innovation (AI fluency is a strong advantage).
Strong business acumen with an understanding of the legal services market.
Experience working with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented environment.
Ability to support sales cycles (pre-sales) and drive growth (post-sales).
Proven ability to identify value drivers, upsell opportunities, and client expansion potential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English (French is a plus depending on region).
