About the Role
Join Able2 as a Direct Support Professional on the Overnight shift, providing care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Enhance the quality of life for those we serve and grow professionally in a compassionate and dedicated environment.
Responsibilities
- Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting.
- Provide direct care, including bathing, toiletry, feeding, and dressing.
- Maintain all aspects of daily living skills.
- Ensure individuals are properly cared for.
- Help in developing healthy habits and essential daily living skills.
- Teach individuals to be more independent in their day-to-day life.
Requirements
- Valid/Clean Driver’s License (Preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work in a high-paced work environment
