About the Role
As a Housekeeping Aide, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our residents and their loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
- Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
- Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
Requirements
- Someone who can complete assignments timely.
- Interest in providing a home-like atmosphere.
- Passion for providing excellent care to our residents.
- Have a strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
