It's an opportunity to own outcomes from strategy to implementation in a fast-growing fintech environment.

- Design the target state, sequence it into a deliverable plan, and build the business case
- Collaborate with functional owners to implement changes and measure their impact
- Conduct market mapping, target screening, and competitive landscape analysis
- Support commercial and operational due diligence, including business model, unit economics, client base quality, and operational scalability
- Develop valuation and synergy models, and create business cases for proceeding with deals
- Prepare Board, ExCo, and investment committee materials
- Plan and manage integration workstreams covering operating model, systems, people, clients, and regulatory permissions
- Ensure Day 1 readiness and manage the 100-day plan
- Track synergy delivery against deal assumptions and escalate deviations
- Act as a liaison between deal model assumptions and on-the-ground realities
- Build financial and operational models to inform capital allocation decisions
- Transform ambiguous questions into structured, actionable recommendations for the executive team
- Provide insights and analysis beyond neutral summaries
Requirements
- 4–7 years of management consulting experience, ideally at a Big 4 firm or a comparable strategy or transaction advisory practice
- Track record of owning workstreams end-to-end: problem definition, analysis, recommendation, and client sign-off
- Strong analytical toolkit including structured problem solving, financial modelling, and advanced Excel
- Comfort working with imperfect data
- Executive-grade written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations suitable for a Board audience
- Degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (Engineering, Economics, Business, Sciences, or similar)
- Fluent English, with experience collaborating daily across global commercial, technology, and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders
- Prior M&A or integration experience is a plus
- Exposure to financial services, payments, FX, or lending is a plus
- Post-merger integration, carve-out, or operational due diligence experience is a plus
- Experience redesigning regulated operational processes such as onboarding, KYC, or credit is a plus
