About the Role
The Kita Nusshütte in Ebersdorfer Straße is opening a special educational needs group starting in January. We are looking for dedicated professionals to help shape this new area from the beginning, providing support with expertise, empathy, and passion.
Responsibilities
- Pedagogical and special educational needs support for children with special needs, individually and in groups.
- Creation, implementation, and updating of individual support plans.
- Close collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, as well as with parents, therapists, and external specialists.
- Observation and documentation of child development.
- Shaping the framework conditions for the establishment of the new special educational needs group.
- Advising the pedagogical team on inclusion matters.
Requirements
- Completed training/studies as a special educational needs professional, specialist for inclusion, or comparable qualification.
- Experience working with children with special needs is desirable.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and building new structures.
- Empathy, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Good German language skills; other languages (e.g., Turkish, Arabic) are an advantage.
