About the Role

The Post Creative Strategist is an entry-level strategy position focused on identifying insights and developing creative strategies and briefs for a social-first marketing approach.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels and relevant online conversations for engagement opportunities.
  • Proactive identification of strategically and creatively relevant conversations and communities for the brand.
  • Continuous active listening on brands, tracking follower interactions including comments, responses, and direct messages.
  • Researching and analyzing brand and cultural trends and their relevance to clients and creative campaigns.
  • Analyzing trends, drawing hypotheses, and providing a daily digest of observations and recommendations.
  • Producing creative briefs based on insights and analysis.
  • Using third-party tools to manage brand pages.
  • Reading and responding to all comments across social posts, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Engaging followers, probing for further insights, or advancing brand goals through social interactions.
  • Following proper escalation systems for followers with negative feedback.
  • Seeking opportunities to insert the brand into social conversations, including trending topics and influencer engagement.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK.
  • Bonus points if you consider yourself an expert in popular culture.
  • Consider oneself a Social Media “know it all”.
  • Experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Ability to combine creativity and analytics and convert them into a story.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to adapt and be flexible with new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Any experience using social listening tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Any experience putting together presentations in written form using Google Slides.
