About the Role
Lead lease administration, accounts receivable, renewals, rent increases and collections while ensuring compliance with the RTA and applicable legislation. Foster collaboration and improve processes and operational efficiency within the residential administration team. Deliver exceptional resident service by resolving concerns, enforcing lease terms and providing effective first-point-of-contact solutions. Partner with internal teams, senior leaders, residents and community stakeholders to support business objectives and positive customer experiences. Promote a culture of safety, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement while staying connected to industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead lease administration, accounts receivable, renewals, rent increases and collections while ensuring compliance with the RTA and applicable legislation.
- Lead and support the residential administration team, fostering collaboration and improving processes and operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional resident service by resolving concerns, enforcing lease terms and providing effective first-point-of-contact solutions.
- Partner with internal teams, senior leaders, residents and community stakeholders to support business objectives and positive customer experiences.
- Promote a culture of safety, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement while staying connected to industry best practices.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education with a minimum of 5 years of administrative or accounting experience, preferably within a Property Management office and RTA environment
- Proficient with MS Office systems as well as other CRM platforms
- Experience in leadership of others, from recruitment and skill assessment to work delegation/organizing, and mentoring
- Ability to think critically and actively listen with a solution-based mindset
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and accuracy-driven with exceptional time management and organizational skills, easily adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
