About the Role
Landor is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Paris studio, focusing on packaging, FMCG, and drinks projects. This role involves leading conceptual exploration, translating strategy into distinctive design, and ensuring beautiful execution from initial sketch to final production across various mediums.
Responsibilities
- Bring big ideas to life across medium- and large-scale projects, with a particular focus on packaging, FMCG and drinks.
- Lead conceptual exploration from the first sketch to the final pack.
- Turn strategy into distinctive, audience-led design.
- Ensure ideas are delivered beautifully through production.
- Collaborate closely with clients, strategists, creatives and production teams.
- Confidently champion your point of view.
- Support junior designers.
- Contribute to winning design strategies.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Use AI to enhance research, inspiration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar designer role within a brand or design agency, ideally across packaging, FMCG and drinks.
- Confident working as part of a project team.
- Combine bold thinking with sophisticated creative craft.
- Turn strategy into distinctive, innovative design.
- Bring brand assets to life across multiple touchpoints.
- Articulate your design strategy.
- Stay curious about emerging creative, cultural and industry trends.
- Bring a genuine passion for brands and creative excellence.
