Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to Executive and Senior Leadership across the EU Tech business, shaping organization, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead and mentor a team of People Partners across UK and France, enhancing their role as proactive strategic partners during a period of scale and transformation.
- Architect and co-lead the evolution of the People Partnering model through an AI-driven transformation, collaborating with global People teams for a unified experience.
- Partner with Reward, Internal Comms, and Engagement teams to foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, learning, fairness, and belonging.
- Own the escalation of complex European employee relations cases, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and utilizing people data for strategic insights.
- Provide senior support to the VP People, maintaining oversight of business-as-usual operations and navigating strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading strategic People Partnering teams within EU, product-centric technology organizations, with experience in rapid scaling.
- Proven capability to partner with, coach, and influence Executive and C-suite leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex organizational change, including large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong business and financial literacy with a data-informed approach to measuring the impact of People strategy on business performance.
- Solid, practical knowledge of European employment law and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Existing right to work in the UK.
- CIPD accreditation, Master’s degree, or equivalent professional HR certification.
- Prior experience providing interim cover or direct strategic support for C-level HR/People leadership.
- Hands-on experience integrating cross-border teams following M&A activities in high-growth tech environments.
