About the Role
Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. You will play a key role in supporting senior management and daily transactions, acting as an essential liaison to different departments and contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities
- Review and process sales contracts.
- Track budgets, purchases, and invoices.
- Respond to complex and sensitive issues.
- Produce and distribute correspondences.
- Update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management.
- Provide back-up support across departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Understanding of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping/filing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborative attitude.
