About the Role
This is a three-year dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Service Management, combining academic learning with practical experience at Vattenfall GmbH in Berlin, starting September 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Alternate between three-month theory and practical phases over six semesters.
- Directly link academic learning with practical application.
- Engage in business administration core disciplines such as accounting, human resources, and marketing, partly in English.
- Participate in diverse practical assignments across various company departments.
- Gain insights into key commercial functions including purchasing, accounting, human resources, communication, and Real Estate & Facility Management.
- Develop analytical, methodical, and communication skills.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary teams and projects.

- Participate in a one-month introductory phase with workshops on the energy industry, team training, and a joint introductory trip.

- High school diploma or equivalent with good grades.
