Responsibilities

Active identification, approach, and acquisition of new transaction and advisory mandates in the German and European market through targeted use of personal network.
Management and leadership of complex single asset and portfolio transactions, including the execution and coordination of Technical Due Diligence processes.
Strategic placement of TA Europe's full range of services (e.g., Technical Advisory, ESG, Project Monitoring, Asset Management) with new and existing clients.
Responsibility for selected existing clients and key accounts with a clear focus on expanding existing mandates, repeat business, and long-term client retention.
Representation of TA Europe at trade fairs and panels (Expo, MIPIM) as well as organization and execution of roadshows.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience of at least 5-8 years in real estate transactions and Technical Due Diligence processes as a consultant.
Robust and active network with investors, funds, banks, corporates, and developers in the real estate market.
Experience in building, developing, and strategically advising client relationships, as well as in positioning sustainable, tailor-made solutions.
Strong understanding of business models, fee structures, customer benefits, and economic contexts.
Very good German and English language skills, convincing demeanor, and strong communication skills; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
