About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will be part of the store management and lead sales staff in the new LEGO Flagship Store in the center of Munich. This role offers opportunities for personal development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for sales employees.
- Provide professional leadership for the store team.
- Conduct product and sales training.
- Ensure adherence to the company's CI guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Manage and monitor inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks in daily operations.
- Participate in meetings.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience.
- Strong sales and organizational skills, with a confident and positive demeanor.
- Passion and enthusiasm for LEGO products.
- Experience with sales systems and knowledge of MS Office.
- Structured and well-organized work approach.
- Good to very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening.
