About the Role
SYNLAB MVZ Berlin is seeking a motivated individual to join their modern, dedicated team in a dynamic work environment. As part of the internationally positioned SYNLAB group, you will benefit from diverse training and development opportunities in a future-proof setting. Our MVZ is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 15189 and collaborates with other lab locations to ensure high-performance, networked diagnostics. Clinical microbiology is a key focus, offering exciting prospects in an innovative field.
Responsibilities
- Sample acceptance, recording, and distribution in the pre-analytics area.
- Sample preparation and entry of requirements into the laboratory information system.
- Operation, maintenance, and servicing of modern analysis devices.
- Performing laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology, coagulation diagnostics, and immunohematology.
- Communication with submitting practices and clinics.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as MT-L / MTLA (m/f/d), ideally with initial professional experience in a medical laboratory – motivated career starters are also welcome.
- Reliability and sense of responsibility, along with a structured way of working.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as basic technical understanding and IT skills.
- Flexibility, team spirit, and a high willingness to learn.
- Willingness to participate in shift work.
