About the Role
HRpepper transforms organizations effectively with extensive experience, scientific insights, and human-centered methods, aiming to make the world of work more humane and sustainable. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical consulting experience, working alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Support consultants in acquiring projects and assisting organizations with various transformations, including reorganizations, HR transformations, and corporate learning projects.
- Assist in the conception, preparation, and follow-up of client meetings, training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
- Support the visualization and preparation of documents, with opportunities for small moderation tasks.
- Take responsibility for developing analyses on market trends or current scientific findings.
- Support internal tasks and events, contributing to the further development of HRpepper.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
- Desire to enter consulting after graduation.
- Availability for a minimum of four, ideally six months.
- Excellent and relevant educational background.
- Basic business administration understanding.
- Enjoyment of data-driven and analytical work.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to take on responsibility.
