About the Role

As an Associate at Possible, you will support the diverse activities of our Advisory team, with a focus on events, communication, and ecosystem engagement. You will independently implement smaller projects and workstreams, contributing to the continuous generation of strategically relevant insights and formats for our consulting projects for clients from administration and the private sector.

Responsibilities

Realize strategic consulting projects for our various clients in close cooperation with other Advisory team members and management.
Design customized resources (e.g., decks, reports, communication materials) within our projects.
Proceed in a structured manner, apply project management best practices, and serve as a competent point of contact for clients, partners, and employees.
Contribute to concepts and strategies for community and ecosystem engagement.
Develop communication strategies and plans for Possible and our projects.
Produce associated communication assets—including for social media, websites, and graphics—using both classic graphics programs and AI-powered design tools.
Conceptualize and conduct customer events, from format development to planning and operational execution.
Advise our clients on event strategy and format, with a focus on authorities (all federal levels), tech companies, and startups/scaleups in the GovTech sector.
Lead the required workshops and working groups to carry out client projects with high quality.
Make a valuable contribution to the overall development and positioning of Possible's service offering, for example, by thematically elaborating new domains, formats, or project ideas.
Work closely with leads and the management team to improve our services and offerings and create synergy effects within and beyond the organization.

Requirements

Possess strong skills in the systematic generation of insights based on qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate insights appealingly in text or via slides.
Have initial experience in consulting, research, startups, or venture capital—with a focus on technology, innovation, and/or the public sector.
Possess a good understanding of technology topics and the public sector.
Have a strong interest in the tech scene in Germany and Europe.
Ability to work in an international and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent language skills in German and English.
