About the Role
As an Associate at Possible, you will support the Advisory team's diverse activities, focusing on events, communication, and ecosystem engagement. You will independently manage smaller projects and workstreams, contributing to the continuous generation of strategically relevant insights and formats for client consulting projects in public administration and the private sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver strategic consulting projects in close collaboration with Advisory team members and management.
- Design customized resources, including decks, reports, and communication materials, for client projects.
- Apply project management best practices and serve as a competent point of contact for clients, partners, and employees.
- Contribute to concepts and strategies for community and ecosystem engagement.
- Develop communication strategies and plans for Possible and its projects.
- Produce associated communication assets for social media, websites, and graphics, utilizing both classic graphic programs and AI-powered design tools.
- Conceptualize and execute client events, from format development to planning and operational execution.
- Advise clients on event strategy and format, with a focus on government agencies, tech companies, and GovTech startups/scaleups.
- Lead workshops and working groups to ensure high-quality client project delivery.
- Contribute to the overall development and positioning of Possible's service offering by elaborating on new domains, formats, or project ideas.
- Collaborate closely with leads and the management team to enhance services and offerings and create synergies within and beyond the organization.
Requirements
- Possess strong skills in systematically generating insights using qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
- Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate insights appealingly in text or via slides.
- Have initial experience in consulting, research, startups, or venture capital, with a focus on technology, innovation, and/or the public sector.
- Show a good understanding of technology topics and the public sector, with a strong interest in the German and European tech scene.
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- University degree in political and administrative sciences, economics (business administration/economics/marketing), or a comparable field of study.
