About the Role
Join the KPMG Tax Technology & Innovation team at the forefront of generative AI's impact on tax services. Redefine tax determination globally, ensuring optimal tax payment with minimal effort.
Responsibilities
- Support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across UK and EMA firms.
- Manage innovation through automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions for global tax and accounting compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate visions into actionable deliverables and articulate requirements to technical teams.
- Support sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and technology demonstrations.
- Consult with clients and assist their project managers in delivering successful outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of KPMG and third-party technology solutions, ensuring alignment with user requirements.
- Lead multiple technology projects, including delivery plans, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Ensure delivery excellence and agility in technology implementation to meet market demands.
- Manage project teams, including offshore resources, to build and implement technology solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
- Proven experience in technology solution implementation using agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of Tax and Accounting processes (preferable experience in tax or finance compliance).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and modern work practices.
- Experience in environments focused on technology change implementation.
- Experience in performance management and people development.
