About the Role
The Chelsea Psychology Clinic (TCPC) is seeking qualified clinicians to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Child & Family and/or Adult Pathway on a part-time associate basis, building or expanding their private practice within a supportive, established clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychological services to children, young people and families, and/or adult clients.
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop collaborative formulations.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide individual therapy and, where appropriate, couples work.
- Work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varied psychological presentations.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
Requirements
- HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults.
- Experience in NHS and/or private mental health settings.
- Confidence managing complex presentations and/or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Training in couples therapy modalities is particularly welcomed.
- Experience in other evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy, DBT or EMDR.
- Strong clinical judgement, professionalism and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to commit to regular weekly clinics (evening and Saturday availability particularly welcomed).
