About the Role
We are seeking you for a training position starting on April 1, 2027, in healthcare. Our Caritas-Klinik St. Anna in Berlin-Charlottenburg offers modern medicine and patient-centered care. You will gain insights into the versatile and responsible profession of a nursing specialist within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights into various specialist departments and different areas of nursing.
- Acquire essential professional and practical skills for the nursing profession over three years in cooperation with the St. Hildegard-Akademie.
- Learn about wound management, psychology, legal frameworks, and other crucial topics for professional nursing.
- Learn to professionally accompany, care for, and support people in various life situations.
Requirements
- A desire to fill your work with purpose and learn a much-needed profession.
- Minimum of an extended vocational school leaving certificate (erweiterte Berufsbildungsreife) or a completed vocational training.
- Motivation, reliability, and enjoyment in interacting with people.
- A 14-day internship is required before the start of the training (can be completed at our facility or elsewhere).
- For applicants from outside Germany: a valid work and residence permit, proof of recognition of your school-leaving certificate by the State of Berlin, and at least a B2 German language certificate.
