About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions.
- Create programming plans for members.
- Guide members in the gym environment to support goal achievement.
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
- Passionate about health and fitness.
- Able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
- Possess overall great communication and interaction skills.
- Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
- Have a passion for customer service.
- Minimum 25 hours a week availability for 1-on-1 training sessions.

Salary/Compensations
- £40,000 +
- 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
