About the Role

Powertron GmbH, located in Teltow, specializes in the development and manufacturing of high-precision and high-performance resistors since 1990. As part of VPG (Vishay Precision Group), we develop and produce high-quality solutions for demanding applications and international customers. Our products are used in medical and measurement technology, the energy sector, and aerospace, among others. Precision, quality, and technological expertise are at the core of our operations. At our Teltow site, we combine many years of experience with continuous development and a high standard of quality. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a Production Worker / Solderer (m/f/d) in electronics manufacturing as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Hand soldering of high-precision and high-performance resistors
Performing 2/4 pole measurements during mechanical and galvanic adjustment
Mixing and processing of epoxy and silicone resins
Applying film chips to base plates
Performing precise manual manufacturing and assembly work
Ensuring our quality requirements in the ongoing production process

Requirements

Initial professional experience in electronics manufacturing, production, assembly, or a comparable technical environment is advantageous
Experience in hand soldering and a completed soldering course are desirable
Knowledge in the field of electronics is advantageous
Strong manual dexterity and very good fine motor skills
Careful, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes
Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
A completed apprenticeship in the electronics field is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement. Practical suitability, precision, and willingness to learn are decisive for us.
