About the Role
Join the world's most renowned luxury hotel brand as an apprentice in Restaurant and Event Gastronomy. Gain diverse experience in various departments and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Gain insight into various departments including restaurant and room service, sales, banquet and event service, and the Michelin-starred restaurant HUGOS.
- Plan and execute own trainee projects.
- Participate in internal training sessions for exam-relevant topics.
- Advise and assist guests.
- Support events from setup to execution.
- Gain insight into the operations of a restaurant, events, and celebrations.
Requirements
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy meeting new people.
- Good computer skills.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
