We are currently recruiting compassionate and dependable Care Assistants who can work evenings and weekends. You’ll join our friendly Raynes Park team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Whether you’re looking for additional hours alongside other commitments or a rewarding role that fits around your lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Providing dignified support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care
Supporting clients with their medication
Preparing meals and providing support at mealtimes
Assisting with shopping and light household tasks
Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any changes
Maintaining accurate records of the care and support provided
Working closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Regular availability during evenings, weekends or both
A kind, respectful and caring nature
A positive and proactive attitude
Good communication and listening skills
Reliability and flexibility
Resilience and a willingness to learn
The existing right to work in the UK
