About the Role

Join our Innoverse team to help shape innovation in the AI era through the global Innovation Exploration Program (IEP).

Responsibilities

Take ownership of tasks and workstreams within the IEP, collaborating with international teams, experts, and stakeholders.
Manage work packages for global recruiting and innovation campaigns, including concept, content, rollout, activation, tracking, analysis, and optimization.
Develop our global innovation community and ambassador network, experimenting with new formats, content, and activation mechanisms.
Analyze business ideas and opportunities, assist with team screening and selection, and critically evaluate ideas from venture, customer, and business perspectives.
Test new AI tools, agents, and workflows to improve research, communication, community management, and innovation processes.

Requirements

Enrolled Master's student in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Technology Management, or a related field.
Availability for approximately 20 hours per week for about 12 months, maintaining enrollment throughout.
Structured, independent, and reliable work style with a desire for ownership and initiative.
Proficiency with common AI tools and curiosity for new technologies, automation, and AI agents.
Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication and teamwork skills.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Previous practical experience is advantageous.
